authorized; they can be passed to external partners living/being outside of the
national country, if such communication will be necessary for commercial and
agreement purposes existing with you; they can be treated for purposes related
to the credit risk warranties (as adquisition of preliminar information to the
conclusion of the agreement and execution of operations basing the obligations
deriving from the nature of the same agreement); they can be treated for
possible promotional and marketing activities promoted by us and/or for
auxiliar
activities and/or by auxiliar structures specifically authorized by us; you
furnish them after sending the present form; they will note be divulgated nor
sold to third parties for purposes not directly related to the commercial
activity of our company and/or other partners/controlled companies.
For
these data, as established by the 2002/58/EC norm, you can reserve your rights
(for instance asking to see them, edit them, delete them) by writing directly
to
our offices, to the Responsible for privacy data treatment in Elite Computer
Italia Srl at the legal offices of the company. For anything not specifically
expressed here, we must referr to the norm above mentioned.
We remind
you
that furnishing and using these data is not a duty; if you refuse to furnish
these data, we can't treat them so, obviously, we can't have any professional
relationship with you.
