Clinical Chart
OrisDent 9001® is a very powerful tool to manage your Practice. The management of the treatments or of the whole activity, has a fundamental role in the management.
It is the heart of the Software; to save any treatment in the chart you will not use handly operation any more; this avoid to loose time and you will proceed in a very easy and quick way, through short and simple steps.
From the Clinical Chart it's possible to manage the whole program. You can fulfill the Patient Datas Folder, the anamnesis, the pre-existing situation, the relatives management, you can print texts (default and custom), the informed consent, the Privacy policy, the recipe, the certificate, the prescriptions, etc...
After the first visit and the gol exam you can propose an estimate to the patient and, once accepted, you can pass it to the chart by one click; you can execute the whole treatment plan and invoice without ever leaving this window!
The payments management in the Clinical Chart offers the possibility of creating a Payment Plan (with Installments), to print any kind of invoice (in advance or balance) for all cares or just for some of them.
It's also possible to insert all the treatments in the Chart, in the Estimate or in the Invoice, by using the Bar Code technology, usable in any screenshot.
